The Wellness services include a work physical exam & behavioral health assessment (at no cost) and assistance in accessing health care resources if needed. The Workforce Development includes a basic skills & interest inventory, OSHA 10 certification, introduction to basic construction skills, workshop project, and use of tools. Persons who complete all of the program requirements will be referred to specific trades for further training and apprentice opportunities. Our goal is to prepare individuals for successful and financially rewarding careers in the construction industry.
